Principal UX Product Manager - Security for Copilot
to lead strategic coordination across security product teams, prioritize UX investments, and develop reusable patterns. The role involves enhancing product quality, measurement, and reporting to leadership, aligning with Microsoft's mission to empower every individual and organization. Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years in product/service/project/program management or software development Extensive experience with enterprise user experience Ability to deliver rapid, customer-centric outcomes in emerging AI spaces Proven leadership in complex initiatives at scale Other Requirements:
Ability to meet security screening requirements, including Microsoft background checks. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading AI or Machine Learning initiatives is highly preferred. Product Management IC5 - The typical base pay range in the U.S. is USD $139,900 - $274,800 annually, with higher ranges in specific locations such as San Francisco and New York.
