100% onsite in Washington, DC

Nationwide IT Services (NIS) is seeking a Project Manager to assist our HHS government customer in providing non-inherently governmental acquisition support services. The role involves facilitating the award and administration of contracts, performing quality assurance across contracts, and providing budget support.

The senior Procurement Analyst focuses on high-visibility or mission-critical aspects of the acquisition program and quality assurance, performing all duties independently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Reviewing and providing input on regulatory and policy items, assisting contracting officers with claims control.

Developing and maintaining content for the acquisition MS SharePoint sites.

Developing approaches, content, and/or presenting at industry engagement activities.

Developing and maintaining solicitation templates and review matrices.

Assisting with contract pre-solicitation and pre-award reviews.

Conducting post-award contract eFile content reviews.

Assisting the Protest Control Officer.

Communicating with customers and staff on important acquisition updates (e.g., policy changes, procedural changes, deadlines).

Providing training.

Collecting and analyzing procurement data.

Required Skills and Experience:

10+ years of experience with an MA/MS degree, or over 20 years of experience in federal acquisitions.

Demonstrates expert-level knowledge across a broad array of federal acquisition concepts and their application in complex, mission-critical situations.

Note: There is a trade-off between a master's degree and 10 years of experience.
