What we expect from you... Program Director: Reinforce and lead the Core Values and Mission Statement of The Little Gym, understand the philosophy and program, and communicate information accurately and professionally to team and customers.
Teaching:
Teach engaging gymnastics classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (we'll teach you how!). Passion for teaching is essential as this is your primary role! Leadership:
Develop, grow, and maintain a fun and professional environment for staff. Your key role is leading the curriculum for your team, working closely with our leadership team to ensure top-quality classes. Public Speaking:
Share knowledge of all programs and events. Promote our curriculum and bring it to life for members and community. Customer Service:
Provide outstanding customer service and membership experience. Treat members like family, responding professionally and personally. Business Indicators:
Assist the Gym Director by studying and assessing key business metrics to grow enrollment and finances. Office Tasks:
Handle calls, texts, emails, voicemail, and walk-in inquiries. Cleaning:
Maintain a clean and safe environment by thoroughly cleaning equipment. You’d fit in here if…
You love having fun, giving high fives, and playing like a child! Background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is a plus. You enjoy serving others and making them feel good. Kids and parents like you. You love fun but can focus when needed. What you should expect from us!

Monday through Friday, 12pm to 8pm 30-40 hours Our Back Story
The Little Gym is a leading enrichment and physical development center for children aged 4 months to 12 years, using movement and imaginative play to build confidence and skills. Our trained instructors have nurtured confident, happy kids for over 40 years through various classes and events. Applications go directly to Somersault Operating, which manages 22 locations across 7 states. All hiring decisions are made by their management.
