The purpose of this role is to further develop standards and guidelines in U.S. (re-) export controls and sanctions law within the Robert Bosch network worldwide, including their translation to regional levels. This position serves as an extension of the global team. Job Responsibilities Manage global risk management, derive governance requirements, and develop minimum standards applicable worldwide. Monitor legal developments (including Executive Orders, EAR, OFAC, and ITAR) and assess their impact on Bosch's business activities. Define measures and process requirements accordingly. Support the development of the re-export control law process landscape, focusing on U.S. laws and regulations, including reporting systems and implementation of requirements. Conduct export audits/health checks for re-export compliance and monitor data analysis related to export control risks. Communicate changes in export regulations and provide re-export compliance training. Serve as a contact for export control laws and regulations issues with business units, departments, and authorities. Qualifications 10+ years of experience in Export Controls with a Bachelor's degree, or 14+ years with an Associate's Degree. 7+ years of experience with U.S. export control laws (EAR, OFAC, ITAR, FTR). Proven ability to influence and motivate others. In-depth knowledge of U.S. sanctions and export control laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in creating and delivering effective training. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong internal audit skills. Continuous learner, staying updated with regulations and research. Preferred Qualifications Ability to act independently and make decisions adhering to compliance standards. Knowledge of sanctions and export control laws in the EU & UN. Ability to coordinate activities and collaborate effectively. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Experience in the automotive industry, especially related to software and technology export compliance. Travel Requirements:

The U.S. base salary range is $150,000 - $180,000, with individual pay based on experience and role complexity.
