Capgemini Job Title: MS Dynamics - Change Management Lead Job Location : Atlanta, GA / Chicago, IL / New York City, NY / Charlotte, NC End-to-end delivery across all workstreams: CRM, ERP, Data, Integrations, and AI enablement. Ensure alignment with the Calandra End-State Architecture and Medallion Data Architecture. Drive execution using Capgemini's IPPD 365 framework, powered by DevOps and GenAI. Team & Resource Management Lead and coordinate POD-based delivery teams across D365 CE, F&O, Databricks, and integration layers. Manage internal and external resources, ensuring optimal utilization and performance. Governance & Quality Assurance Establish and enforce delivery governance, quality standards, and risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with project timelines, budgets, and contractual obligations. Technology & Integration Leadership Oversee delivery of: Migration from AX 2009 to D365 CE & F&O Real-time integrations with Shopify, Espresa, Paymentech, SendGrid Dual-write synchronization between CE and F&O Databricks Lakehouse implementation for Pet Registry and Microchip Registry Ensure seamless data flow across bronze-silver-gold layers and exposure via Microsoft Dataverse. AI & Customer Experience Enablement Support deployment of Microsoft Copilot for AI-powered customer interaction summaries and forecasting. Enable Customer Insights for enriched pet owner profiling and proactive service planning. Required Skills & Experience: 12+ years of experience in IT delivery management, with 5+ years in large-scale enterprise transformation programs. Proven experience with: Azure and Databricks platforms Dual-write, real-time integrations, and API management DevOps pipelines and agile delivery frameworks Strong understanding of B2B/B2C enterprise structures and legal entity management. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with IPPD 365 or similar delivery frameworks. Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Customer Insights, and Dataverse. Certifications: PMP, SAFe, Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, or ITIL.
