The Role Addepar Trading is your all-in-one comprehensive trading suite. As an extension of the Addepar Platform, users can enhance their trading workflows by building efficiencies that automate trading and rebalancing, apply robust pre-trade compliance rules, execute seamlessly via our order management system, and integrate with leading partners. We are building this product for our global client base. The Trading Product Adoption Specialist will identify and lead initiatives to increase product adoption and focus on retention. This includes training clients on best practices, developing technical solutions, sharing new features, and partnering across the organization to understand product gaps. The role also involves deepening client relationships, enabling targeted adoption campaigns with our Analytics/Marketing teams, and collaborating with Product & Engineering teams to provide client feedback. Addepar's pay is market-based. The current salary range for this role is $72,000 - $113,000 (base salary) plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Specific salary details will be shared during the hiring process. What You’ll Do Work directly with clients to drive Trading engagements and results (usage, transactions, revenues). Partner with RIAs, Wealth Management firms, Banks, Trust Companies, and Family Offices to understand their business and improve their results. Engage cross-functionally to communicate product needs and client feedback to relevant teams. Who You Are Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 2+ years of applicable experience. Experience with trading platforms. Understanding of financial products such as equities, ETFs, mutual funds, fixed income, and derivatives. High energy, enthusiasm, and drive for success. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust and relationships quickly. User-focused with a problem-solving mindset. Highly organized, self-starter, and analytical.
