25-118TY This position is located in the Human Resources Unit #3, First Circuit, Administrative Services Division, Human Resource Branch, responsible for employee development for First Circuit employees. Key Responsibilities: Assist the Court Services Manager in providing technical assistance for projects focusing on employee development, engagement, and retention. Evaluate and recommend modifications to policies, guidelines, and work methods for effective operations with new HR programs. Minimum Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience on a year-for-year basis. Experience:
At least 6 months of responsible technical work involving analyzing, interpreting, or evaluating technical material, solving technical problems, and writing reports. Additional Requirements:
Valid driver's license to operate a motor vehicle. Preferred Qualifications Experience in human resources, personnel inquiries, and personnel investigations is preferred.
