Program Manager IV

with deep expertise in international import/export operations and global trade compliance. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth, compliant, and efficient movement of products and services across borders by partnering with internal teams and external stakeholders worldwide. You will lead trade compliance governance, manage customs operations, and drive process improvements while navigating complex regulatory environments globally. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support customs and trade operations globally, troubleshooting issues and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations. Design, implement, and manage global customs brokerage, freight forwarder, and logistics partner programs to optimize trade operations and drive cost and process efficiencies. Collaborate with internal teams, legal, government agencies, and external partners to interpret regulatory changes, update procedures, and enforce trade compliance governance. Drive continuous improvement initiatives through KPI monitoring, data analytics, automation, and training to enhance trade compliance and reduce friction. Manage duty-saving programs (FTAs, FTZs, duty drawbacks), product classifications, and ensure alignment with evolving global trade laws and regulations. Skills & Experience: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree and U.S. Customs Broker License required. 7+ years in global customs, import/export, trade compliance, and related regulatory environments. Strong knowledge of Incoterms, valuation, classification, FTAs, export controls, licensing, and sanctions. Experience with U.S. Customs agencies and equivalent international bodies. Proven leadership in managing teams and cross-functional collaboration. Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills. Familiarity with Global Trade Management systems is a plus. Adaptable to global work environments; foreign skills a plus.
