Senior Manager, Procurement

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Manager, Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement operations, drive process innovation, and guide a high-performing team. This role is ideal for a senior professional with deep experience in strategic sourcing, contract management, and digital procurement transformation—someone who can influence outcomes and deliver value across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement Oversight:
Develop and execute robust procurement strategies that align with organizational goals. Policy & Compliance Management:
Ensure adherence to procurement policies, governance standards, and relevant regulations. Contract Lifecycle Management:
Oversee renewals, negotiations, and maintenance of a centralized contract register. Performance Monitoring:
Analyze procurement data, track vendor performance, and present key insights to senior leadership. Market & Industry Trends:
Stay ahead of supply market developments to inform sourcing strategies and manage risk. Financial Management:
Lead procurement budgeting, forecasting, and support audit and reporting requirements. Process & Technology Enablement:
Drive implementation and optimization of e-procurement tools and systems. Team Leadership:
Mentor and lead a procurement team to ensure high performance, engagement, and accountability. Requirements A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, or a related field is required. 10 years of relevant procurement experience Demonstrated success in implementing e-procurement systems and streamlining workflows using digital tools. Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Materials Management Strong communication and training skills, with the ability to engage internal stakeholders effectively. Analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach and sound financial judgment. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
