What You'll Do Manage a team performing advanced analytics, providing insights and recommendations to solve business issues. Candidates must have a strong technical background, experience managing teams, and skills in Python, SAS, and SQL. Conduct advanced qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify trends, variations, and insights. Ensure team members deliver accurate analyses and recommendations on time. Develop and coach teams to identify, manage, and escalate risks effectively. How You'll Do It Lead a team performing advanced analytics to solve business problems, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of analyses and insights. Provide strategic leadership to translate business problems into analytical frameworks, recommending actions and generating business insights. Develop and implement analytics such as customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics, and machine learning algorithms. Present findings and recommendations to leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand needs, gather data, analyze, and deliver scalable solutions and presentations. Create visual displays of data and facilitate implementation ensuring accuracy. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, SAS, and SQL. Qualifications You'll Need Ph.D. in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or Information Technology, or 8+ years of related experience with a master's degree, or 10+ years with a bachelor's degree, including prior management experience. Physical and Cognitive Requirements Primarily stationary work in an indoor office setting. Operate office equipment and communicate verbally and in writing. Travel up to 25%. Bonus Points If You Have Certifications like FRM, CFA, SAS, AWS, Apache, Google. Advanced degrees in relevant fields. Experience in Payments Network, Data Science, Fraud Risk, Disputes Analytics, or related areas. Skills in Python, SAS, SQL. Note:
