Senior Administration Support Specialists

at multiple levels of seniority to support our new U.S. Space Force, Space Systems Command Space Domain Awareness and Combat Power (SDA&CP) and Battle Management Command, Control and Communications (BMC3) Support Services contract (Hemisphere) in Colorado Springs, CO and El Segundo, CA.

Travel is not anticipated but may occur less than five percent of the time, limited to domestic locations. Responsibilities The Administration Support Specialists will assist in leading System Acquisition and Systems Engineering teams across disciplines such as requirements engineering, solutions engineering, scheduling, reliability, resiliency, services development, integration, testing, maintainability, and analysis. They will collaborate with program and project managers to support the design, development, and deployment of space systems and advanced capabilities. The goal is to enable space-based assets and programs to operate effectively, interact seamlessly, and serve national defense priorities. Key objectives include: Providing support services with effective communication to Senior Government, Military, and industry leaders. Improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity within SSC organizations. Managing administration of performance reports, awards, and appraisals. Handling taskers, meeting minutes, inputs, and tracking action items at various organizational levels. Managing administrative projects like facility needs, manpower, and organizational documentation. The roles include Business Analysts, Executive Assistants, Facility Managers, Facility Planners, Operations Support Specialists, and Support Services Technicians, each with specific responsibilities related to their expertise. Duties encompass supporting requirements development, engineering solutions, acquisition planning, project management, and system integration for space-related programs. Salary is commensurate with experience, generally ranging from $130,000 to $200,000. Qualifications

Required: Active TS/SCI clearance or eligibility. U.S. Citizens only. Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience. Minimum of 10 years in relevant government or industry roles, including system engineering, requirements process, or acquisition in DoD/IC environments. Desired: Experience with space-based systems design, development, and operation. Knowledge of Air Force and USSF acquisition policies and processes. Familiarity with DoD PPBES, FAR, and DFARS policies. Security Clearance Top Secret with SCI eligibility.
