We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Director of Business Development to enhance our global engagement strategies. This role is based in Oakville, Toronto, offering a hybrid work setup conducive to both remote and in-office activities. Your focus will be on crafting and implementing innovative solutions that align with our expansive client base's core business objectives, driving growth and sustainability. Salary:

$120,000 per year plus potential to earn up to $160,000 through bonuses and commissions. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Strategically identify potential business opportunities and develop impactful partnerships. Engage with key stakeholders to understand their essential business needs and goals. Lead the development and execution of tailored solutions that align with and advance client objectives. Focus on enhancing customer loyalty and spearheading significant corporate initiatives. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure the highest standards of solutions are provided to clients. Drive continuous improvement and innovation in service offerings to meet and exceed market demands. Minimum Position Qualifications: Must currently reside within the Oakville, Toronto region or be willing to relocate to meet the hybrid work requirements. At least 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably with Fortune 500 clients. A history of successful business development within marketing solutions or professional services. Ability to manage long sales cycles (ranging from 3 to 12 months) and close high-volume sales (deals over $250k). Stable professional track record with less than three job changes in the last 10 years. Preferred Qualifications: A four-year college degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Proven leadership skills and the ability to drive sales teams towards complex sales goals. Strong strategic and analytical skills to assess and leverage market conditions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to forge and maintain strong relationships with business partners and stakeholders. Innovative and entrepreneurial mindset to identify emerging opportunities for business growth. Skills: Expertise in strategic sales planning and execution. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills. Proficient in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
