Hybrid in locations: San Jose, Chicago, ATX, Scottsdale Rate: Chicago/Scottsdale: $50 - $60/hr ATX/San Jose: $55 - $68/hr Interview: 2 round interview Duration: 12 mo with extensions JOB DESCRIPTION Insight Global is looking for a Program Manager to sit out of Austin, Chicago, or Scottsdale for one of our top fintech clients nationwide. This role falls under the Site Reliability and Cloud Engineering Division (SRCE) and is principally responsible for driving and coordinating projects within the data center and networking programs. Required Skills and Experience: • 8+ years of experience delivering Technology programs as a program/project manager • Ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts with different areas of the business globally • Planning, executing and delivering projects within budget, scope and schedule • Managing project resources, risks, issues, dependencies and stakeholders • Communicating project status, progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, policies and procedures • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, including agile, and the ability to drive successful execution of complex, technical projects Nice-to-haves: • Experience with ServiceNow Seniority level
