Overview: HGA's Healthcare (HC) practice is seeking a BIM Specialist to join our team in one of our California offices. This position provides Revit model support to architects, planners, and designers using Revit for project delivery. The role involves managing Revit models, supporting project teams, and collaborating with the national Digital Practice Group (DPG) to promote BIM standards and workflows.

Set up Revit models using HGA BIM standards. Maintain and troubleshoot Revit models for optimal performance. Assist with BIM coordination and quality assurance. Ensure adherence to BIM execution plans and standards. Coordinate workflows and communicate with project teams and discipline leads. Attend coordination meetings and represent your discipline. Manage content creation requests and ensure data continuity. Configure and support design applications, assist in training, and troubleshoot issues. Perform Revit-specific tasks such as model setup, maintenance, coordination, and closeout, including linking discipline models, managing warnings, and ensuring compliance with LOD standards. You will need to have:
An associate degree and 2-5 years of Revit experience on architectural projects. Knowledge of construction types and strong communication skills. Problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and a collaborative work ethic. Proficiency in Revit, Microsoft Office, Sketchup, Rhino, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Adobe Creative Suite. Understanding of project workflows from design to construction. Revit certification is preferred but not required. Salary Information: The pay range varies by location and experience, from $26.16 to $41.63 per hour. Benefits include bonuses, 401(k), parental leave, insurance plans, PTO, and disability programs.
