Serve as the
dedicated liaison
between our company and the head office (corporate client), managing all material-related procurement requests.
Handle
end-to-end purchasing tasks , including sourcing, placing orders, confirming deliveries, and coordinating across departments.
Understand the head office’s project timelines and material standards, and align procurement schedules accordingly.
Work closely with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm lead times, and ensure material compliance.
Communicate effectively with internal departments (warehouse, logistics, and finance) to fulfill head office needs in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Monitor and track all order statuses, proactively identifying and resolving any issues that arise.
Maintain detailed records of transactions, communication, and inventory related to the head office projects.
Regularly report procurement progress, delivery timelines, and inventory status to both internal management and the head office.
Support budget control and cost tracking efforts by maintaining transparency in purchasing activities.
Build strong internal relationships to support efficient and long-term collaboration with the head office.
