The salary range for this position is $310,000 - $360,000. The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See the Professorial Series (Adjunct, Clinical X, HS Clinical, In Residence, Ladder Rank) and Professor of Teaching Series - Health Sciences Compensation Plan salary scale. This position includes membership in the health sciences compensation plan, which provides for eligibility for additional compensation.

Position description The Interventional Psychiatry Program Director will lead a new interventional psychiatry program within the Ambulatory Care Division of the Department of Psychiatry and Human Behavior at UC Irvine. Responsibilities include clinical administrative oversight, supervising faculty delivering Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) and other therapeutic interventions, educating residents and fellows, and overseeing research activities involving TMS and neurotherapeutic interventions. Candidates must have an M.D. degree, be eligible for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and have a proven track record in TMS-based therapeutics and research. Preferred qualifications include excellent clinical skills, teaching interest, scholarly aspirations, and a commitment to serving a diverse patient population.
