Your Tasks: As a member of the North American Miltenyi team, you will be reporting into the EVP & CFO and primarily responsible for successfully coordinating and providing cross functional team support and will be responsible for leading and supporting key projects for the North American business areas, entities and various functional departments, as well as special projects at a global level. Additionally, the senior project manager will build the basic infrastructure of each project’s work plan, manage the teams to successfully complete tasks on time and within approved budgets, and provide updates and reports as needed. As a result of your ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously you will support the continued success of Miltenyi Biotec as a whole. Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in project management or related field and 5-8 years of project management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. PMP certification strongly preferred. Must have working knowledge and/or be capable of learning ERP Systems (SAP strongly preferred) Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing related projects. Experience with multi-site project management. Experience in international settings. Experience in communication with stakeholders at all levels and cross-functionally. Sigma Six certification preferred. Ability to travel domestically and internationally. Employees entering and leaving the laboratory must wear appropriate clothing and protective equipment such as scrubs, coveralls, masks, glasses and gloves.
