Regional Vice President, Partner Programs
in the New York/New Jersey/Connecticut area. This role involves business development, working with custodial partners, prospective clients, and WEG advisors to transition clients successfully to a WEG Advisor. Compensation Initial compensation is based on national survey data, with adjustments for tenure, performance, and location. Applicants are encouraged to share their salary expectations. Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with Schwab and Fidelity financial professionals and branch managers. Participate in events, meetings, and client engagements. Educate on WEG’s resources, services, and investment strategies. Source and close prospects; understand client needs and communicate with advisors. Collaborate with WEG FAs nationwide and participate in training and educational programs. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, or related field; advanced designation (CFP, CPA, MBA, etc.) required. Series 65 or 7 & 66 licenses. At least 5 years of sales experience in wealth management. Excellent communication and analytical skills. Ability to travel up to 75%. Additional Requirements All RVPs must have a clean U4 disclosure record. The position requires the ability to stand or sit for long periods, use the telephone and computer systems, and lift up to 15 lbs. Travel independently as needed.
