Candidates must have at least 10+ years of strong experience and results as a Director in a general acute care setting. Must be an RN, Masters preferred, CPHQ a plus, with strong leadership in Q.I./P.I. and steady work history. Six Sigma certification is a plus. The Director reports to the VP, Quality, and oversees hospital-wide Q.I. initiatives, including: Clinical process improvement and team management across all departments. Leading all CMPI initiatives in collaboration with VP, CQO, and AQOs. Expertise in data management, protection, presentation, and benchmarking. Leading medical staff peer review management per bylaws and PI plans. Ensuring DNV and other regulatory compliance for quality of care. Registry oversight, budgeting, and staffing for quality improvement and operational efficiencies. Supporting departmental quality resources as an expert and partner.
