is responsible for organization and field management of electrical projects and implementing measures to increase the company's effectiveness and efficiency.

Job Roles & Responsibilities: Run commercial or industrial projects ranging from $2M - $5M Provide leadership, organization, and field management for 2 or more Foreman and 10-30 journeymen and apprentices Start and manage special projects including Controlled Take-Offs, material and labor budgets, correct phasing, time reporting, daily logs, and scheduled meetings Continuously train and develop your teams to ensure employee retention and company effectiveness and efficiency Manage daily production, safe installation methods, quality control, and high morale of your journeyman and apprentices Strengthen existing client, vendor, and team relationships, and build new ones Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships Job Qualifications:
7+ years' documented work in electrical commercial or industrial construction 4+ years' of prior supervisory experience Possess a growth-focused mindset and a passion for teaching and developing your teams Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license Be willing to get LEED and NICET Leve 2 certifications with commensurate compensation increases Weifield Benefits:
