Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Provide leadership, direction, and management of airport facility project teams to ensure completion on schedule and within or below budget in accordance with contractual obligations

Develop and manage scopes of work to meet project goals and objectives
Plan and define program goals; devise and implement methods to accomplish them
Participate in public meetings and negotiations with regulatory agencies
Deliver updates and reports to executive management
Establish and maintain a comprehensive Project Management Plan; ensure deliverables align with scope and program requirements
Oversee technical, fiscal, and administrative functions of assigned projects
Manage field responsibilities, including labor relations, procurement, and contractor/consultant payments
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment with budgets, schedules, and project plans
Identify risks and implement corrective actions for cost overruns or delays
Maintain and document timely change orders
Monitor progress of project activities and report key milestones, risks, and schedule/cost variances
Conduct regular status meetings and develop actionable next steps
Perform additional duties as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Extensive experience in design and construction management/administration of large-scale commercial construction projects, including police and airport facilities
Strong understanding of construction estimating, project controls, scheduling, cost management, and engineering/construction practices
Skilled in interpreting contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications
Experience working with architects, engineers, general contractors, and subcontractors
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, document management systems, and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities
Expertise in coordinating civil, mechanical, electrical, low-voltage, and plumbing systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; deep understanding of industry regulations
15+ years of experience on facility projects over $80 million (preferred)
Familiarity with Design/Build (DB) and other alternative project delivery methods (preferred)
Professional certification or licensure (e.g., PMP, CCM, PE) is preferred
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed
