Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rules or union contract terms. This position is eligible for relocation assistance of up to

Job Summary The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the planning, coordination, staffing, administration, and efficient operation of the Rehabilitation Services Department and Wildflower Court Rehabilitation Department. Responsibilities include providing exemplary Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy services to BRH patients and Wildflower Court patients. The Director is expected to develop departmental objectives and budgets, establish policies and procedures, coordinate employee training, maintain effective communication, coordinate coverage and training across settings, and participate in teaching and directing patient care. Desired Qualifications License(s): Current State of Alaska Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy License in good standing. Experience: Five years of clinical experience as a practicing Physical Therapist, Occupational Therapist, or Speech Therapist with at least one year of supervisory experience preferred. Certification: Valid driver’s license, current auto liability insurance, and reliable transportation if providing patient care to Home Care Services. Practice Notice All new employees are required to produce a negative drug screen prior to employment. BRH does not test for marijuana. Seniority level
