Summary: As part of the Electronics Speciality Materials (ESM) supply chain as Executive, Supply Chain Digitalisation, the mission of the Digitalisation Executive is to implement Assets and Supply Chain enhancement programmes. The applicants are expected to be versatile amidst the volatile supply chain ecosystem to find ways to ensure a sustainable supply chain for improved workflow and trends monitoring. The applicants shall forge strong collaboration and be an effective team player with internal & external stakeholders. The applicants shall primarily solve the demand and supply problems with respect to cost, process-efficiency, safety, quality and fulfilling customer requirements. Responsibilities: 1) Driving operation excellence with digital solutions Co-ordination with Industrial Merchant / Electronics World Business Line (WBL) to work on digital solutions and standardisation across Air Liquide. Collaborate with different entities’ stakeholders to develop the solutions that can be adaptable based on specific needs of the entities. Identify and implement improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices from other entities. 2) Planning function adaptation in the plant Digitalise Planning functions in the plant. Improve workflow with various departments in the plant. 3) Gideons Tracking System (GTS) enhancement in the plant To revamp the workflow in the plant in order to fully utilise the functions of Gideons / GTS. Enhance SOPs and look for improvement opportunities. Identify and implement improvement initiatives by leveraging best practices from other entities. 4) Asset management product masterlist enhancement Update Product Masterlist for certain Products. Check existing assets and identify variances. Provide solutions for improvements. Requirements: Degree in Supply Chain Management, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field with coursework in inventory management, supply chain, or logistics. Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain and inventory management or relevant experience within a similar industry. Excellent communication skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse internal teams and external customers. Strong aptitude for problem-solving and strategic planning. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high levels of inventory accuracy. Flexibility to accommodate varying work hours to support business demands. Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel.
