Work Shift: Salary Exempt (United States of America)
Position Overview: The Warehouse Manager oversees the safe receipt, storage, retrieval, and dispatch of goods. They ensure compliance with health and safety standards and maintain the security of the building and stock. Key Responsibilities: Foster a culture of shared purpose and legal compliance among employees Manage JDE Sales Order entry and maintenance Communicate order production and delivery statuses to customers Develop and maintain transportation schedules with carriers Coordinate trailer locations and delivery planning with customers Maintain accurate trailer inventory and compliance requirements Work with plant operations to develop production schedules based on customer orders and forecasts Review and update customer forecasts using JDE Planning Tool Manage customer inventory and specific finished goods Oversee warehouse security, equipment maintenance, and inventory levels Schedule and assign warehouse staff, and oversee hiring, training, and performance management Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local warehousing and shipping regulations Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Required: Bachelor's degree preferred Customer Service experience Management of Quality Improvement Team leadership skills Planning and organizational abilities Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Performance management skills Safety awareness and intervention skills Basic mathematical and computer skills Preferred: Experience with Altium Packaging and a culture of excellence aligned with our Guiding Principles: Act with Integrity & in Compliance Drive Value Creation Be Disciplined Entrepreneurs Focus on the Customer Act with Humility Treat others with Dignity and Respect Seek Fulfillment in Work Benefits: We offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, holidays, vacation, tuition reimbursement, training, bonuses, 401(k), rewards programs, and community involvement opportunities.
