We are seeking an experienced PPM Tech Lead with 12+ years of experience to analyze, create, and manage data entry for customer projections and purchases. This role demands high accuracy and attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities: Focus on a single customer, with cross-training for flexibility. Utilize tools like Microsoft Project Online, Planview, Clarity PPM, ServiceNow PPM, or similar platforms. Design and build custom workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations. Collaborate with PMO and business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions. Maintain system documentation and operating procedures. Provide training and support to end users. Technical Skills: Experience with PPM functionalities, and basic knowledge of Java, HTML, XML, SOAP/REST APIs, with AMS experience. Ability to customize legacy code and maintain good relationships with OpenText. Experience exploring out-of-the-box features of PPM, especially reporting and dashboards. Knowledge of demand management, proposal management, portfolio management, project execution tracking, budgeting, workforce planning, resource and time management, software release, deployment, and project management, and strategic alignment.
