Role description: Arcadis is seeking a Project BIM Manager to support our Resilience Water Design and Engineering practice. You will oversee all BIM work on projects, assist team members with 3D models and contract documents using REVIT and AutoCAD, focusing on water, wastewater, stormwater/green infrastructure, and resiliency projects.
Role accountabilities:
Develop detailed 3D BIM models in Autodesk Revit, integrating disciplines like architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless project information integration.
Facilitate clash detection, design coordination, and resolve conflicts.
Define, implement, and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and guidelines.
Extract data from BIM models for reports on project progress, materials, and costs.
Support project staff and processes related to BIM implementation and project controls.
Conduct reviews of BIM models for accuracy and compliance.
Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Civil 3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant tools.
Engage with clients and teams to align BIM strategies with project goals.
Provide training, support, and manage stakeholder relationships.
Key Skills and Attributes:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Point Cloud data, BIM 360, REVIT, Civil 3D, AutoCAD.
Understanding of 3D, 4D, and 5D models linked to project schedules.
Experience with BIM execution plans.
Ability to work independently with senior review.
Qualifications & Experience: Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of industry experience, with 5 in BIM management or coordination.
Extensive understanding of model development and Virtual Design and Construction.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency with Navisworks, Point Cloud, Holobuilder, and Bluebeam.
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketchup, Bentley, ArchiCAD, SolidWorks, Synchro Pro.
Experience in water, wastewater, stormwater/green infrastructure, and resiliency design.
