Req#: 252310 Job Summary The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk management team and senior leadership, providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests before arrival and throughout their stay. They are also responsible for maximizing room revenue and occupancy. Responsibilities

Qualifications: At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required. High School diploma or equivalent required. College coursework in a related field is helpful. Previous supervisory responsibility preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state. Ability to convey information and ideas clearly. Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately. Ability to work well under stress, including handling guest objections and disputes satisfactorily. Ability to show initiative, anticipate needs, and maintain composure under pressure. Effective problem-solving skills, including preventing, identifying, and solving issues. Ability to assimilate complex information from various sources and adapt as needed. Effective listening skills to understand and clarify concerns of guests and coworkers. Ability to work with and understand financial data and basic arithmetic functions. Responsibilities: Approach all guest and associate interactions in a friendly, service-oriented manner. Maintain regular attendance per Aimbridge Hospitality standards. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform and name tag. Comply with all Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations for safe and efficient operations. Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times. Set the standard for guest relations at the Front Desk. Obtain necessary information for room reservations. Monitor VIP and special guest requests. Review daily Front Office logs and Trace Files. Execute all relevant phases of the front desk computer system. Ensure timely and professional delivery of messages, packages, and mail. Be aware of current rates, packages, and promotions, and all in-house groups. Be familiar with all closed out and restricted dates. Follow and enforce all hotel credit policies. Perform all duties of a Front Desk Agent. Complete and verify room rate and housekeeping reports. Maintain proper operation of the P.B.X. console. Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with colleagues and other departments. Assist the G.S.M. in ensuring staff compliance with hotel standards. Be knowledgeable of emergency procedures. Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes, ensuring friendliness and efficiency. Complete shift checklists and tasks promptly. Attentively and courteously assist guests, managers, and colleagues. Maximize room revenue through merchandising. Respond to guest inquiries professionally and promptly. Participate in departmental meetings and training. Help maintain productivity levels at or above budgeted standards. Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
