What You'll Do
Lead the delivery of high-quality food services across patient dining, retail outlets, and catering operations Drive performance to meet or exceed Sodexo and client financial goals and operational targets Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including confident communication in executive-level (C-suite) settings Develop and execute strategic plans that align with organizational goals and enhance service delivery Ensure full compliance with HACCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, and Sodexo standards Engage daily with patients, families, and clinical teams to support satisfaction and promote a positive dining experience Registered Dietitian (RD) candidates are strongly preferred, bringing added expertise to patient-centered food and nutrition services
