A Senior Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the design and completion of architectural projects. This role leads teams in producing high-quality construction documents and manages all project phases from Pre-Design through Construction Administration. Reporting to the Client Executive/Principal Architect, the Senior Project Manager ensures projects are completed on time, within budget, and meeting our firm's exceptional quality and client service standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise project teams to produce quality document sets that comply with deliverable requirements across all project phases

Ensure projects conform to client contractual agreements, meeting established budgets and goals while clearly defining project expectations for team members

Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing, with office support staff, consultants, and vendors

Organize and direct architectural and engineering teams to execute work in an orderly, timely, and coordinated manner

Demonstrate sound judgment and decisive leadership, including appropriate stakeholders in the decision-making process

Mentor junior staff members while providing oversight of their assignments and professional development

Maintain positive client relationships throughout projects, keeping clients regularly informed of progress and coordinating with key project stakeholders

Provide leadership and technical expertise for construction documents, ensuring adherence to design intent

Support Client Executive and/or Principal Architect in supervision and work delegation

Perform Construction Administration duties as required

Travel occasionally to project sites and client meetings

Here's What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field required

Architecture License preferred

7+ years of professional experience in architectural project management

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong decision-making abilities with sound professional judgment

Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit programs required

Working knowledge of graphic programs (SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite) a plus

For California positions: DSA experience required

Strong customer service, organizational, and communication skills

Comprehensive knowledge of building codes
