About the Team You’ll be part of the Global Buying team responsible for managing and supporting assortments across both company owned and our franchised international markets. Our job is to ensure every global customer experiences the best of Williams Sonoma through thoughtful, localized product strategies. We work across departments to support seasonal assortments, pricing, SKU setup, and product storytelling. Strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a passion for product are key to success in this highly collaborative, fast-paced environment. About the Role In this role, you will report to the Buyer and oversee a range of products. We are looking for someone who is excited to jump in and learn about the business and is equally as excited about the analytical and creative parts. The role is extremely collaborative - you will work with almost every role in the brand. We are in search of someone who can jump from one task to another quickly and efficiently, and someone who is excited about working with a fun and energetic group! Responsibilities: Set up and maintain SKUs across global markets, keeping pricing, cost, and product details up to date as assortments evolve

Support all pricing activity, including promotions, markdowns, and cost updates for both DTC and Retail channels

Manage nutritional label creation and ensure compliance across localized assortments

Collaborate with inventory, sourcing, and merchandise teams to ensure clean data and seamless seasonal execution

Assist in pulling competitive insights and trend recaps to help guide future assortment strategies

Partner with local stores and visual teams to ensure accuracy in floor sets, signage, and weekly communication updates

Support the preparation of business recaps and performance analysis as needed

Collaborate closely with the eComm team to ensure seasonal accuracy across pricing, visuals, and product flow

Own administrative duties and maintain updated documentation across systems and trackers

Criteria You have previous experience in a retail buying office or a related experience

You have a bachelor’s degree, with 1-4 years of retail buying experience
