Job Summary Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s US sales goals via direct and engineering application sales. Principal Responsibilities Prepare forecasts and KPI reports for sales leaders, CRO, and management to aid organizational planning, financial forecasting, and strategic initiatives. Responsible for closing major deals. Set bulk pricing requirements and oversee growth strategies. Lead R&D innovation and applications development for bulk products across all market segments. Establish and nurture relationships with key customers internally and externally. Develop marketing and communication strategies, ensuring customer insights are integrated into marketing efforts. Collaborate with operations to monitor and evaluate marketing strategy implementation. Maintain industry knowledge, analyze competitor strategies, and leverage business tools to stay ahead of market trends. Required Skills Deep understanding of the gases industry. Strong financial and accounting knowledge. Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capability. Strategic thinking with innovative and tactical execution skills. Influence and negotiation proficiency. Managerial Skills Leadership and team-building capabilities. Ability to develop high-caliber talent and ensure succession planning. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related field; MS/MBA preferred. 15+ years relevant finance experience.
