Job Description
Lead and manage daily operations on multifamily construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site personnel to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and the internal team to resolve any issues or delays. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction progress, identifying potential problems early and providing solutions. Ensure project documentation, including reports, schedules, and change orders, is accurate and up-to-date. Manage and enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Assist in the preparation of project budgets and control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders. Work on large-scale multifamily developments with budgets exceeding $100M, as well as commercial office park projects. The Successful Applicant
10+ years of experience in multifamily construction, with a proven track record as a superintendent or in a similar leadership role. Extensive knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes specific to Florida. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams and subcontractors. Experience in managing complex, large-scale projects, including multifamily developments and commercial office parks. Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances on-site. Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
