This position will also oversee key strategic initiatives within the company's overall strategic planning. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and facilitate the development of the enterprise-level strategic plan, translating it into key priorities and execution plans. Identify key business opportunities, develop hypotheses, and design analyses to support prioritization and action. Implement strategic initiatives by setting future financial targets, developing KPIs, and tracking progress against objectives. Lead M&A and partnership activities, including pipeline development, target assessment, engagement, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning. Create business cases and investment rationales supporting strategic objectives. Prepare strategic plan materials and presentations for the Leadership team and Board of Directors. Manage ad hoc strategic projects as needed. Analyze market intelligence data such as market share and competitor financials, and report findings to senior management. TRAVEL Less than 15% on average; higher for M&A projects. QUALIFICATIONS At least 7 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, corporate strategy, or related fields. Experience with multiple transactions and understanding of deal processes and structuring. Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or equivalent. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and financial skills. Structured thinking and ownership mindset. Ability to influence and lead through influence. Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex models and concepts. Data interpretation skills and ability to make business recommendations. Effective communication across all organizational levels.
