Program Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive training program for the soccerteam, including daily practices, conditioning, and skill development. Team Development: Coach and mentor student-athletes, focusing on both individual and team skills. Encourage sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive attitude. Competition Preparation: Prepare the team for gamesand tournaments, including strategic planning, match preparation, and in-game coaching. Recruitment and Retention: Work with school administration to recruit and retain student-athletes for the program.
