TARGET ANALYST REPORTER
to support Department of Defense IC missions at Annapolis Junction, MD, and extended enterprise locations. As a TAR, you will showcase your SIGINT Analysis/Reporting expertise while supporting missions vital to our national security.

TS/SCI with Poly What You'll Do:
Prepare synthesized products for customers by researching, analyzing, and reporting intelligence via appropriate reporting vehicles, in response to IC requirements and customer missions involving Signals Intelligence, Information Assurance, and Computer Network Operations. Prioritize, assess, evaluate, and report information from passive and active collection, network evaluation, and collateral sources (e.g., IMINT, MASINT, HUMINT, open source) for use or decision by Government personnel. Maintain awareness of customer needs and collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine collection and reporting requirements. Share target-related information and provide feedback to customers. Issue products that relay developments, trends, indications, warnings, and situational awareness regarding specific targets, countermeasures, and courses of action. Develop databases or working aids on target activity to enhance target knowledge and improve collection efforts. Perform pre-release quality control functions. Qualifications:Education:
A degree in a Liberal Arts field (e.g., English, History, Communications, Languages and Culture, International Relations, Political Science) is preferred, but any field is acceptable. Entry-level requirements: High school diploma or GED plus 6 years relevant experience, or Associate's degree plus 4 years, or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years. Higher positions may require up to 15 years of relevant experience depending on education level. Relevant Experience:
Experience related to collection, cyber, and intelligence analysis, or similar mission in the IC or DoD, and/or drafting/editing intelligence reports. Pay Range: $100,000 - $260,000 (Note: This is a general guideline; actual compensation depends on various factors including experience and education.)
