THE OPPORTUNITY Aritzia is growing, and our Store Management Department is expanding accordingly. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for delivering exceptional Sales, Floor, Business, and People Management to exceed daily goals. You will lead, educate, and develop a high-performing, engaged store team, supporting their growth into rewarding careers at Aritzia while enjoying your own. THE ROLE As the Associate Boutique Manager, your responsibilities include: Leading the team to sell clothes, deliver outstanding experiences, and build loyal client relationships. Creating an optimal balance of sales and service by ensuring the right people are in the right place at the right time. Managing or escalating the details across People, Clients, Product, Space, Risk, and Operations to enable an exceptional shopping experience. Overseeing the daily performance of the retail team, supporting business objectives, and fostering career development and a positive employee experience. Collaborating with Business Support partners to ensure smooth department operations aligned with corporate goals while promoting team growth and engagement.
