Required Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience in project management, delivering enterprise solutions to medium to large organizations.
Expertise in access control, including personnel vetting, badging, training, and policy development.
Proficiency in developing comprehensive solutions for transit and transportation organizations, covering requirements analysis, policy development, organizational change, and system implementation.
Experience handling sensitive information securely.
Extensive experience leading business analyst tasks and coordinating requirements gathering.
PMP Certification.
Ability to interface with executive clients through presentations, briefings, and status reports, as well as conducting line-level interviews.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Thorough understanding of project lifecycles.
Exceptional written communication skills, capable of interpreting and consolidating requirements into clear documents, and reviewing technical business process documentation.
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, and MS Visio.
Strong analytical skills and judgment in solving functional and technical problems.
Responsibility for managing business and system requirements, including analysis, development, modification, verification, and validation.
Familiarity with SharePoint is preferred.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field; or a current PMP Certification.
