ASRC Federal is seeking a qualified Project Manager to support a DoDEA client headquartered in Alexandria, VA. Onsite work is required, with some telework possible upon government authorization. Position Summary: The Project Manager will oversee the execution of cybersecurity and information technology initiatives in support of the Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA). The Project Manager will support key objectives listed in the PWS (e.g., RMF A&A Support, Cybersecurity Engineering). This individual will serve as the primary liaison between DoDEA leadership and the contractor team, ensuring all tasks are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with DoD standards. Responsibilities include coordinating task execution, managing project resources, resolving issues, and supporting strategic planning for IT and cybersecurity programs. Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of all project phases related to IT and cybersecurity initiatives. Develop and maintain the Program Management Plan (PMP), including project schedules, staffing plans, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate and conduct regular status meetings and deliver weekly and monthly reports to the Government Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR). Ensure compliance with contract deliverables, performance objectives, and quality standards as outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with DoDEA leadership and other stakeholders. Manage contract staff, including scheduling, resource allocation, and performance oversight. Support program review briefings, including analysis of progress toward milestones, issues, risks, and service-level agreement compliance. Maintain project documentation and ensure secure handling of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) and sensitive information. Ensure key personnel meet all required certifications and maintain current clearance levels. Required Qualifications:

BS/BA required with 8-10 years of project management experience in a DoD or similarly complex environment, or equivalent. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required. Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity programs, RMF processes, and compliance requirements. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools. Strong leadership and organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple projects. Active Secret Clearance required. Clearance Requirement: Active SECRET security clearance required. Must be a U.S. Citizen and meet DoD ADP Level II requirements.
