The DC1C-ICAM (DC One Card-Identity, Credentialing & Access Management) Developer Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide technical development direction and expertise for the technical team to deliver projects and solutions. The SME will play a lead technical role supporting DC One Card projects and support, requiring a strong background in technical development, leading teams through all SDLC phases, and experience with credentialing, identity management, and access management projects. The position involves coordinating technical efforts, making recommendations based on expertise, and understanding ICAM technologies such as Oracle Identity Manager and ForgeRock OpenAM. Responsibilities Organize, direct, and manage complex contract operations and project tasks. Manage teams across multiple locations. Maintain client relationships at senior levels. Collaborate with customer and contractor personnel to review task plans and deliverables, ensuring schedule and budget compliance. Minimum Education/Certification Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
