The Director of New Business Development position for Go Local Interactive offers the right candidate a critical role in a digital agency that is experiencing exponential year-over-year increases in revenue growth and a rapidly expanding client portfolio. The Director will be responsible for acquiring new clients for the agency by identifying and building business relationships with regional to national sized business-to-consumer companies that need our help to increase leads and sales through online marketing. 2-5 years sales experience with a digital marketing background required. Job Functions

Identifies business opportunities by finding and qualifying prospects as potential new agency clients. Sells agency services by establishing contact, developing relationships and presenting digital marketing solutions to prospective client executive management/marketing teams. Identifies need for agency solutions for prospective clients by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors. Works closely with agency marketing team to develop prospect lists, analyze opportunities and create presentations. Works with account teams to transition new clients to the agency. Requirements

2-5 years of related experience with a track record of sales success. Exceptional prospecting skills. Experience presenting to a wide range of businesses – from business owners to Fortune 500 decision makers. Ability to successfully negotiate with businesses to achieve fair and equitable terms. Willingness to set aggressive sales goals and the ability to consistently hit those targets. Utilizes strong organizational, project management, and time management skills. Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong sales forecasting and revenue generation accountability. Thrive in working with dynamic, entrepreneurial teams that interface daily with businesses across North America. Other Skills/Abilities

Familiarity with sales tracking and CRM tools are critical. Experience with Internet Marketing solutions, including SEO, Paid Search, and Social Media Marketing preferred but not required.
