To accomplish this, we utilize our proprietary TRILLIUM and MACROPA platforms:TRILLIUM allows fine-tuning of radioligand pharmacokinetics thereby enhancing the therapeutic index, while MACROPA simplifies the manufacturing process for the alpha-emitting isotope, actinium-225. These enabling platform technologies have resulted in an emergent pipeline of novel therapeutic candidates. We are looking for talented, dedicated, and creative individuals eager to help us advance these technologies from discovery research through clinical development. About the Position Ratio is seeking an experienced Program and Alliance Manager with a strong background in chemistry to coordinate efforts of cross-functional teams to ensure projects remain on track, meet deliverables and milestones, and advance research programs to the clinic. This role will have a significant impact on discovery research-including medicinal chemistry, radiochemistry, and analytical chemistry-as well as Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls (CMC) activities. The successful candidate will have demonstrated abilities to develop and maintain project plans, work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, and overcome setbacks with strategic and insightful alternatives. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and be skilled in communication, organization, and strategic thinking. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain integrated project plans that encompass discovery (medicinal chemistry, radiochemistry, analytical chemistry) and CMC deliverables, ensuring alignment with program goals and timelines Proactively monitor critical path activities, ensuring cross-functional alignment and accountability among discovery research scientists, CMC, regulatory, and clinical teams Manage and nurture relationships with external partners, CROs, CDMOs, academic collaborators, and regulatory agencies Identify and assess technical and operational risks across discovery research and CMC; develop and implement robust mitigation strategies Execute on and continuously improve upon project management processes, including tools and dashboards tailored to chemistry and CMC activities Facilitate effective communication of complex scientific and technical concepts to diverse audiences, both internally and externally Qualifications 5-10+ years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical discovery (medicinal chemistry, radiochemistry, analytical chemistry) and/or CMC, including familiarity with laboratory research, process development, GMP manufacturing, and regulatory requirements PhD/MS in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field Ability to effectively communicate complex ideas across functional areas and to external parties Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and demonstrated ability to solve problems Self-motivated and a desire to consistently improve established processes Exhibit integrity, respect, and compassion for colleagues, collaborators, and the patients we serve Knowledge/experience with radiopharmaceutical development is a plus, but not required Seniority level
