Job Overview We seek an experienced individual to lead our Compliance Assurance & Responsible Care initiatives at our Dallas office. Essential Job Duties
Lead the identification, development, and implementation of new strategies to enhance HES&S Compliance Assurance. Organize and schedule HES&S QA/QC evaluations of OxyChem and non-OxyChem facilities, including due diligence and baseline assessments. Maintain awareness of QA/QC best practices, participate in trade organizations, and support continuous improvement efforts. Manage Corporate HES&S QA/QC Procedures, including reviews and updates. Maintain HES&S QA/QC data, report on performance, and analyze data for improvement opportunities. Serve as the Responsible Care Coordinator, overseeing related activities and audits. Manage budgets and supervise the Manager – HES&S QA/QC. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or higher. 10+ years of relevant experience in HES&S or Process Risk fields. Strong communication, data analysis, and project management skills.
