area We are looking for individuals ready to or considering relocation to Colorado Job Roles and Responsibilities:

Reporting to the project or construction manager, organize and field manage electrical projects while implementing measures to increase effectiveness and efficiency Manage 2-4 crews/electrical projects ranging from 15,000-100,000 man hours or $5M-$25M with gross margins over 13% Supervise 2-4 or more supervisors with total responsibility for up to 70 employees on one or more sites Independently start and manage projects Through managing your team, deliver against the highest standards for daily production, installation methodology, quality, and customer satisfaction Help recruit, train, and develop foreman, journeyman, and apprentices Maintain a constant focus on safety and enjoy working with the best equipment in the industry Demonstrate and embrace our company values, our PACT: People, Advance Process, Community, and Trusting Relationships Job Qualifications:

In addition to holding yourself to the highest standards and having a passion for being the best, you will

Have 6+ years' experience managing high dollar projects and large teams Current Foremen II and III will have 2-4+ years of supervisory experience respectively Experience utilizing prefabrication Possess a current Colorado State electrical journeyman license Be willing to travel to a variety of job sites with incentives Enjoy leading, developing, and recruiting a team and producing high quality electrical workmanship Be motivated to continue your professional development to obtain LEED and NICET II certifications Working at Weifield:
