Job Description

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves coordinating and supervising all construction activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders.

The Superintendent will oversee construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards This role involves coordinating and supervising all construction activities, managing subcontractors, and maintaining effective communication with project stakeholders Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and building regulations Manage daily operations on the construction site, including scheduling and coordinating trade partners, labor, equipment and materials. Monitor project schedules and budgets, providing updates to project stakeholders as necessary Conduct regular inspections of the work site to ensure quality standards are met and issues are addressed promptly Communicate effectively with municipalities, code officials, and other stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues as needed Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily logs and correspondence Benefits

Eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance after initial period of employment. Eligible for 401K retirement account with 100% company matching up to 4% of base salary after initial period of employment. Salary Range is $80k - $95k annually and is determined based on experience. Holiday pay for all employees after 60 days of employment. Team environment where people are appreciated and their ideas are heard. 5 day work week. Vacation pay is eligible after the initial period. Requirements

Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry, particularly with multi-family and remodel projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and building codes Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Continually integrate our Core Values into all that you do. A valid driver's license is required. Ability to physically perform the required tasks to complete the job. This includes lifting up to 80 lbs and other physically demanding tasks. Working in varying weather conditions. Communication within your team and the company as a whole to foster the best possible product for our residents. OSHA Certified.
