Job Description
Oversee daily site operations for commercial construction projects from mobilization through closeout. Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, safety, and quality control. Collaborate with project managers, inspectors, and clients to resolve issues and maintain momentum. Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain detailed documentation including daily reports, site logs, and inspection records. The Successful Applicant
5+ years of experience as a superintendent in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of building systems, reading blueprints, and managing trades. Proven leadership skills, with a focus on safety, schedule, and communication. Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar construction management tools is a plus. Must be able to travel to job sites throughout the York region. What's on Offer
