We are currently seeking a Retail Store Specialist to work in our stock room with shipping and receiving as well as assisting customers with their safety shoe needs! This part-time position offers you an opportunity to gain retail experience! Please note - we do not have our stores open at night!

To be successful in the position as Retail Store Specialist, qualified applicants should demonstrate an ability to:
Wow customers with exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable customer service when assisting customers with the selection of their choice of safety shoes Learn various product lines and provide the benefits associated with each line to prospective customers. Ensure the store is clean, the showroom display fully stocked, and marketing material is up to date with displays. Merchandise incoming products. Process sales, and look up customer sales information including sales history, sales rules, etc. Receiving inventory Pulling inventory for order fulfillment and processing shipments Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
At least 6 months' experience in retail sales Experience with shipping and receiving Must possess excellent customer service skills Ability to learn and utilize company operating system (Navision). Demonstrated experience handling credit and cash transactions Desire to grow sales and do outreach in community Seniority level
