Compensation The targeted range for this full-time, year-round exempt position is $80,000-$95,000/year, with a competitive package and eligibility for an annual bonus. Job Description Lead the rooms department, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Inspire and motivate staff, uphold brand standards, and drive financial and service excellence. Lead by example, uphold standards, and engage team members. Oversee operations to maximize guest satisfaction. Create distinctive guest experiences and guide team members daily. Manage financial objectives with a balanced approach. Promote the Auberge Resorts Collection Culture. Stay informed on market trends and standards. Qualifications Minimum three years in luxury hospitality, strong financial management skills, and excellent communication and attention to detail.
