The Role Summary: Oversee all the financial activities of the company to ensure it remains in strong financial standing. The main duties include building revenue reports, distributing calculated funds to various departments, and implementing company financial policies. The Director of Finance will make high-level decisions regarding the business' health, leaving details for the finance and accounting departments in corporate.
Manage all operation and back-office activities including supply chain, warehouse, inventory etc
Take the lead on sales ops including hubspot and Salesforce, data management and analysis.

This role is hybrid, based out of Salt Lake City, Utah, and requires onsite presence 2 days per week. Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth in the medical devices sector. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to ensure alignment with the company's goals. Manage the company cashflow and forecast: Ensure that the company has sufficient cash flow to meet its obligations and support its growth. This includes monitoring cash inflows and outflows, forecasting future cash needs, and implementing strategies to optimize cash flow. Monitor financial performance and provide insights to management for decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards Manage relationships with Corporate, auditors, and other financial stakeholders. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Evaluate and manage financial risks, including market trends and economic factors affecting the medical devices industry. Support strategic initiatives such as product launches and market expansion. Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial alignment with business objectives. Lead and manage a finance team of five members, overseeing functions in Credit, Collections, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP). Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability within the team. Prepare and present financial reports to the executive team and board of directors. Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in processes. Problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Lead back office and operations. Lead CRM, data analysis and data management. Be the business partner for the President and Lumenis Corporate. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field (master's preferred.) Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial admin and Operation management. Proven experience in administrative and operational roles. Strong leadership skills and ability to manage the financial health of the company. Excellent analytical and decision-making skills. Knowledge of federal, state, and local legal requirements. Competitive Base Salary starting at $170,000.00-$190,000.00+ Annual Bonus. Travel and entertainment expense budget.
