Senior Product Manager

to lead the next evolution of

licensing, billing, provisioning, and usage

capabilities that power customer lifecycle success—from the moment of purchase through enterprise-scale deployment. What You’ll Own As a Senior Product Manager on the Admin Experience & Deployments team, you will drive key experiences that ensure Alteryx One customers can: Seamlessly provision and manage licenses and entitlements Activate products across cloud and desktop environments Understand their billing, usage, and contract status in real time Transition flexibly between trials, purchases, renewals, and expansions You’ll work at the intersection of product, platform, pricing & packaging, sales operations, and customer success to ensure operationally scalable, user-centric experiences. Key Responsibilities 1. Drive Product Licensing & Activation Own and evolve product license management capabilities for Alteryx One, spanning identity-driven entitlements, activation workflows, and cross-platform license enforcement Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline license provisioning, renewals, trial extensions, and self-service workflows Collaborate with engineering on backend architecture supporting licensing and billing systems Partner with internal stakeholders to define usage tracking and billing events Translate Pricing & Packaging strategies into product and platform configurations that support new offers and SKUs Ensure fulfillment workflows—spanning contract events, trials, and renewals—are scalable and auditable Serve as the product interface to Fullfillment , Deal Desk, Finance, Pricing to drive evaluation date changes, license transfers, and order provisioning Align product experiences with deal desk, finance, and customer success needs Ensure customer and internal tooling enables both flexibility and compliance 4. Strategic Platform Leadership Define and track KPIs to monitor license utilization , provisioning success, and billing event integrity Drive the roadmap in alignment with Alteryx’s cloud-first transformation and Alteryx One unification vision Incorporate customer feedback, competitive analysis, and system limitations into practical, iterative improvements Minimum Qualifications 3 + years in Product Management in B2B SaaS, ideally with experience in licensing, entitlements, billing, or customer operations Strong understanding of platform ecosystems, with experience working on shared services (IAM, provisioning, monetization) Comfort with technical backend concepts and ability to partner closely with engineering and platform teams Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with pricing & packaging frameworks and their translation into product entitlements Experience utilizing technologies such as Salesforce, Aha, JIRA, Confluence, Lucidchart , Tableau, Figma Understanding of cloud licensing paradigms (seat-based, usage-based, token-based) Familiarity with Alteryx product s Compensation: Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location. The base salaryrange for this role in the United States is $139,000 - $160,000. In addition, you may be eligible for additional compensation.
