What are we looking for The mission of the Staff Product Manager is to lead the product strategy, its roadmap, and end-to-end implementation, working to deliver a top-performing workflow by using data, creativity, intuition, and innovative thinking. Responsibilities Developing and implementing product strategy that drives user conversion. Analyzing user data to identify opportunities for funnel optimization. Build the onboarding strategy and user journey to optimize user experience and conversion. Utilize A/B testing to optimize the user journey. Track and analyze user data; use analytics to monitor and measure performance. Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new funnel pages. Develop and implement KPIs and metrics to measure success and user engagement. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and design teams to ensure user experience and product quality. Connect with users to understand their needs and feedback, and incorporate them into the product. Maintain a competitive understanding of the digital landscape and proactively identify changes and trends in the market. Requirements Bachelor's or Master’s degree combined with 8+ years of experience in a senior product role at a D2C company focusing on core feature experiences, with proven success through measurable impact. Growth and experiment-driven mindset with a proven ability to execute and deliver results. Deep understanding of unit/business economics and proven ability to balance business and technical considerations for product decisions. Ability to make quick and effective decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in using data and relevant tools for driving critical business outcomes. Technical understanding of application development, ability to participate in technical decisions, read basic code, and write SQL queries. Experience in launching products regularly in an agile environment with a track record of delivering products on time and with high quality. Great eye for UX and understanding of its related metrics. Excellent organizational and leadership skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, mentor and coach others, and contribute to team upskilling and process improvement. Fluent in tools like Iterable, HubSpot for running in-app campaigns and email marketing, with experience in A/B testing (bonus). The base salary range for this position is $185,000-$225,000 USD. In addition, this position is eligible for performance bonuses and extensive benefits. Total compensation depends on various factors including location, education, experience, and certifications. This applies to all full-time positions.
